RVi is the world’s first company to offer AI-enabled mass transfer technologies for micro-sized optical component including MicroLED, achieving significant breakthroughs in the mass production by addressing industrial challenges in speed and efficiency.

We are advancing optical communication technologies such as co-package optics to revolutionize AI infrastructure. With our proprietary on-board light source technologies, RVi provides a brand-new solution for next-generation 1.6T/3.2T data transmission, offering higher performance, reliability, while lower the costs and offer flexible designs.

Our Mission

AI infrastructure is evolving so rapidly that conventional pluggable optical links can no longer meet the required data transmission rates. While some emerging technologies have alleviated the issue, the industry still demands more powerful and cost-effective solutions. At RVi, we believe that our AI manufacturing capabilities in micro-sized optical components are key to enabling full-scale deployment of optical data transmission for XPU-to-XPU, board-level, and rack-level communication. This breakthrough can significantly enhance the performance and efficiency of AI infrastructure, making generative AI smarter and more environmentally friendly.

Our Team

RVi was founded by Prof. Jr-Hau He, renowned for his significant contributions to research in optoelectronics and photonic devices, and senior industry veteran Dr. Chih-Hsiang Ho, who has held R&D leadership roles in multiple tech giants. The company is supported by a team of experts across various fields, including optoelectronics, advanced packaging, photonics, microelectronics systems, mechanical engineering, project management, sales, and marketing. Driven by passion and innovation, the team is dedicated to delivering game-changing technologies to the industry and accelerating the pace of technological advancement.
