AI-MioC MicroLED Smart Repair Technology
In MicroLED manufacturing, defects are numerous and discrete, requiring precise alignment with the repair source pattern. This process significantly prolongs repair time, making it cost-ineffective.
RVI leverages machine learning to overcome this challenge. By optimizing the transfer sequence and employing advanced techniques, we have successfully reduced repair time by threefold. This achievement marks an important milestone in enabling the mass production of MicroLED technology.
